What’s your top tip for success?
Be curious about how things work, be uninhibited and consistent in your effort.
Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Bulgaria.
What do you like doing in your spare time? Any hobbies?
I practice yoga and I’m a keen runner. I’m a lover of winter sports, especially skiing. Love listening to podcasts and audiobooks and keeping up to date with current affairs.
What do you do first thing every morning?
I have a cup of hot water with lemon and read the news.
Do you speak any other languages?
I’m bilingual, Bulgarian and Turkish being my mother tongues. I started learning English at age 6, German at age 14 and Russian at age 18. I’ve also lived in Spain where I picked up enough Spanish to get by. I’m currently learning German again.
What country is on your bucket list to travel to?
Too many to list here but if I had to pick one that’d be Japan.
What would you like remembered about you?
Hmmm, tough one. I’ll use a Frank Sinatra quote here. “I want to be remembered as a man who had a wonderful time living life, a man who had good friends, fine family – and I don’t think I could ask for anything more than that, actually.”
Who is your number one inspiration?
I admire Michelle Obama and her work.
What is your spirit animal?
Apparently, it’s a butterfly! Who knew.
If you could have dinner with one famous person (dead or alive) who would it be?
Leonardo Di Caprio
How do you take your coffee?
I quit coffee but I LOVE tea! With milk and sugar, please!
If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Papaya or avocado.
What’s your favourite movie?
That’s an impossible question to answer for me. It’ll be something based on a true story that inspires. Like a historical drama. I also love Eat, Pray, Love. Or something with an original plot like The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.
What would be your superpower?
Flying without a doubt.
What would be the theme song for your life?
Just Be by Tiësto or I Got a Feeling by Black Eyed Peas.
What are you most excited about joining E2School?
Holding webinars and exploring new ways of teaching a large group of people.
